Refund and Returns Policy
1. Our Standard We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your VIVIAN AMIS shoes. If the fit or style isn’t quite what you expected, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns (The “Carpet Rule”) To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your shoes must be in pristine, resellable condition:
- Unworn Condition: Shoes must be free of any toe creases, and the soles must have absolutely no scuffs or scratches. Please ensure you only try your new shoes on a clean, soft, carpeted surface. Shoes returned with signs of outdoor wear, hard-floor scuffing, or toe indentations will be rejected.
- Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged VIVIAN AMIS shoebox, along with any included dust bags or tissue. The shoebox must be placed inside a separate, outer shipping box. Returns shipped with labels attached directly to the shoebox will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened shoe care products (e.g., suede protectors, leather cleaners).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked clearly as “Final Sale.”
4. Return Process and Shipping Costs To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the shoes arrived defective or an incorrect item was sent.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and passes inspection by our team, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
